56ph Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "56ph," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the 56ph online gaming platform accessible at https://56ph.cam and all associated subdomains, services, and products.
• "Player," "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or interacts with the 56ph platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a player on the 56ph platform, through which they access games, manage funds, and receive promotions.
• "Platform" refers to the 56ph website, mobile browser interface, and any digital product operated under the 56ph brand.
• "Games" refers to all gaming products offered on the 56ph platform, including but not limited to JILI slots, live dealer games, sports betting, bingo, table games, and fishing games.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spin winnings, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a player's account by 56ph.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to actual Philippine Peso (PHP) deposits made by the player using supported payment methods.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a player must bet a bonus amount before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

By accessing the 56ph platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, along with any applicable game-specific rules, bonus terms, and our Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and 56ph with respect to your use of the platform. 56ph reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, with reasonable notice provided to players via the platform or by email to the address registered on your account.

To register and maintain an account on 56ph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gaming in the Philippines under PAGCOR regulations. 56ph enforces this requirement strictly and without exception.
• You must be accessing the 56ph platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted under applicable local, national, or regional law.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of any employee of 56ph or any of its gaming software providers.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law or the law of your jurisdiction of residence.

56ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the 56ph platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.

When registering your 56ph account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.

• You must not share your 56ph account login credentials with any other person.
• You must notify 56ph immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization.
• 56ph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
• Account names must match the name on the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals. Mismatches may trigger identity verification holds on withdrawals.

56ph conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Full KYC documentation — including a government-issued photo ID and proof of address — is required before any withdrawal request is processed for the first time.

56ph accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CliQQ, and Cebuana Lhuillier. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method, as displayed on the 56ph cashier page at the time of deposit.

• All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) only.
• Funds deposited to your 56ph account are held in a segregated player funds account and are not used for operational purposes.
• Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 56ph account within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to thirty (30) minutes during standard banking hours.
• 56ph does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply fees of their own which are beyond 56ph's control.
• 56ph reserves the right to decline any deposit at its sole discretion, including where the deposit is suspected to be linked to fraudulent activity or money laundering.

Players may request withdrawals of real money funds from their 56ph account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where that payment method does not support outbound transfers, in which case alternative arrangements will be made.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum single withdrawal amounts and daily/weekly limits are displayed on the cashier page and vary by payment method.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking business days.

56ph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, terms abuse, or where an investigation is ongoing. Players will be notified of any such hold within a reasonable timeframe.

56ph offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and referral rewards are subject to the specific terms and conditions associated with each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page on the 56ph platform.

The following general bonus rules apply across all 56ph promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms:

• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement which must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period stated for each promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active in a player's 56ph account at any given time unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• 56ph reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel any bonus offer where it suspects abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim a single-use promotion.
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with active bonus funds. Bets exceeding the stated maximum while a bonus is active may result in the voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.

All games available on the 56ph platform are governed by the rules of the respective game provider — including JILI Games, Evolution Gaming, and Pragmatic Play — in addition to any 56ph-specific rules applicable to particular game categories. By participating in any game on the 56ph platform, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

• Game outcomes on the 56ph platform are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and audited for fairness. 56ph does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or any other game interruption that affects the outcome of a round, 56ph will review the relevant game logs and apply the fairest available resolution, which may include voiding the affected round and returning the staked amount.
• Players are responsible for ensuring their internet connection is stable before placing bets. 56ph is not liable for losses arising from player-side connectivity issues.
• Bets placed and confirmed on the 56ph platform are final and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player except in the specific circumstances outlined in individual game rules.
• Maximum winnings per single game round or per day may be subject to caps as specified on the relevant game page or in the general terms applicable to specific game categories.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 56ph platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one (1) account on the 56ph platform, whether using the same or different personal information.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other form of artificial intelligence to interact with 56ph games or the platform interface.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer games.
• Any form of money laundering, including using the 56ph platform as a vehicle to process funds derived from illegal activities.

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 56ph staff, customer support agents, or other players.
• Attempting to reverse a legitimate withdrawal through a payment chargeback or dispute filed with a payment provider after funds have been correctly processed.

56ph is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. We acknowledge that gambling, while entertaining for most, can become harmful for some individuals. All content on the 56ph platform — including but not limited to the 56ph brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, marketing materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of 56ph or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 56ph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 56ph content without prior written authorization.
• Scrape, frame, or mirror any part of the 56ph platform.
• Use the 56ph brand name, logo, or any associated marks in any commercial context without written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any 56ph software or game.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 56ph shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 56ph platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds arising from gambling outcomes, which by their nature involve inherent risk accepted by the player.
• Loss of data, account access interruptions, or service unavailability due to technical issues, scheduled maintenance, or events outside 56ph's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers including GCash, PayMaya, or Philippine banking institutions.

The 56ph platform and all games are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 56ph strives to maintain continuous service availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

56ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• A player has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• A player fails to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• A player has requested voluntary self-exclusion.
• 56ph is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.

Players may also close their own 56ph account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure of an account in good standing, any remaining real money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after any applicable verification requirements are satisfied. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.

56ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 56ph will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the platform or by email to registered account holders before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the 56ph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the 56ph platform and, if you wish, request closure of your account before the changes take effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates. The current version and effective date are always displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and 56ph, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance so that we may attempt to resolve the matter amicably and promptly. The 56ph support team can be reached via email at the address listed in the footer of this page.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days of it being formally raised, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines having competent jurisdiction over the matter.
